Woke Dollar-Chasers Need to do a Serious Rethink

     Suggestion to the Woke dollar-chasers: there's this book that's been around for long while; works pretty good as a guide to how to be a better person and lays out what sort of stuff is worth believing in, refers to and defers to a permanent Almighty King, the book's called the Bible. Reckon you should look through it a few times before making anymore asinine publicity blunders.

Full Faith and Credit in What Exactly?

     If Americans comprehended how the US Dollar comes to be, the head of every politician who has been in Washington DC over the past 50 years would be put on spikes.

     Brain-dead Biden's "Fiscal Responsibility Act" is anything but.

     Adding $4 trillion of debt to the existing $32 trillion debt is *not* "fiscal responsibility". Just like his "Inflation Reduction Act" is causing inflation to rise higher, faster.

     And the dirty little secret that the politicians of both parties don't want Americans to know, much less comprehend, is that the now $36 trillion debt is just operating debt. The cumulative national debt is $156 trillion,... now $160 trillion. An absolutely un-payable amount of debt.

     Even at the height of American manufacturing it would take many thousands of years to pay off that debt... provided that no more debt was added to it, which is a political impossibility.

College Educated Idiots Ruined America

   I believe "college-educated idiots", as my grandpa would call them, are responsible for the ruination of this country. Fancy ideals that may look good on a term paper but fail when tested by reality.

   Grandpa was a farmer, he worked with his hands, dealt with real problems in the real world. Contemporary society sorely needs more of that kind of education and training.

   Every time technology advances jobs are lost but the fundamental necessities of life persist. We still need food, clothing, shelter,  and their ancillaries thus we still need the trades that produce those.

   We need a whole lot less colleges, charging insane amounts of tuition, that teach kids how to wine, loathe, and insist on entitlement. Instead, we need more trade schools and apprenticeships to teach future generations how to create real things and how to fix real problems, in the real world, with their hands and ingenuity for not only a more self-reliant nation but also to cultivate a population that are well grounded.

It's too Late for America

     It's too late for America. Too many Americans are too stupid, too brainwashed, or too mentally ill to save the incredible country they inherited from their forefathers.

How to Remind our Public Servants

Here's an idea:

Every elected official at the state and federal level should be required to return to their constituencies to do manual labor in the service sector, getting their hands dirty, working the lowest paid jobs in the areas they represent, scrubbing toilets, washing dishes, cleaning floors, etc., rotating through various local, small businesses, at least two weekends or four days every month they hold office.

This is would be mandatory service and they they are to be paid no more than the statutory minimum wage.

The purpose of such practice is to continuously remind our pulblic *servants* that they are "of the people", to remind them that they work for even the lowliest people, to remind them that they were elected "by the people" who are affected by the decisions of these public *servants*.

Gender Quiz

The basic, fundamentals of male and female genders is baby making.

Out of the myriad of today's ideological genders, which ones can reproduce themselves without resorting to the basic, fundamentals of baby making?

Answer: zero.

How many real genders are there then?

Answer: Only 2, male and female.

War Loans from China

Before America can go to war with China, the US first has to get loans from China, to buy the weapons, ammunition, and gear that is made in China, along with the Chinese made medications for anxiety and depression that US soldiers will suffer from when Chinese soldiers mis-gender them.

Biden's IRS Attack Force

When Biden's 87,000 IRS agents attack and harrass common Americans, I suspect the bureaucratic expense will far exceed the blood money extracted.

Gridlock and Starting Over

It baffles me as to why anyone would vote for Democrats after what the Democrats have done to us these past years.

The Republicans are no prize either but at least their opposition to most of the lunatic, destructive policies of the Democrats would have created gridlock so that neither party could do much further harm to this country.

Unfortunately things have not gotten bad enough for enough people for them to wake up from their stupor and conditioned insanity.

For some, like those who still wear masks while driving alone in their car, it is too late. Their minds and spirits have been irreparably broken.

For the rest of us, there is a long slog ahead.

We have not had a representative federal government for many years. Several state governments are just as bad. So we have to start setting things right from the bottom up.

Focus your attention, efforts, and vote on the local level. The mayor, the sheriff, the town council, and the school board. Get these foundations straightened up and strengthened. They will be the training and testing grounds for state level representatives and governance.

Then from the well grounded local and state level governments, Americans will be able to regain the federal government.

A pipe dream, I know, but the way things stand now,... it is the best long-term, long-lasting solution I can think of.

Kids Can Not Read the Constitution

Kids aren't being taught cursive in school.

America's founding documents are written in cursive.

Will future generations defend the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of independence if they can't even read them?

Or will they accept the government's interpretation, edited, revised, politically correct, and politically convenient versions?

If future generations can't read the original documents, how would they know?

What Have the Republicans Been Doing

What have the Republicans been doing these past six years?

Republicans are telling us about all the things they are going to do when they gain majority of the House, and maybe the Senate, after the mid-term elections.

When Trump was in office the Democrats were in the minority yet they were able to thwart and stymie the President.

What were the Republicans doing then?

Why did they allow the Democrats to have their way?

Why can't the Republicans thwart and stymie Biden like the Democrats did to Trump?

Based on their record of the past six years, why should we believe the Republicans will do anything after the mid-terms?

America needs the Democrats to be voted out of power and needs the Republicans to actually serve America.

No Faith in Either Party

If Republicans stoop to Democrats' level to win, then how can we trust that Repulicans won't stoop to Democrats' level of running things?

What the Democrats have done to this country is unforgivable. America needs to vote the Democrats out of power.

Voting Republican is the only viable way to oust the Democrats.

Just voting Republican, however, is not the solution. Politicians are disingenuous and self-serving no matter what party they are associated with.

America needs to vote the Democrats out down to the last Democrat, to keep Republicans under intense scrutiny so as to replace them as soon as they show any sign of going insane like the Democrats, and to hold Republicans to account for any harm they inflict on America.

Negative Interest Rates NIRP - Punishment for Having Savings

All your life you were told to save for a rainy day and to save for retirement, to save up the money to put a down payment on a home.

With negative interest rates, you are punished for saving money, you are punished for having a savings account, you are punished for saving for a down payment on a home, you are punished for saving for retirement; you are punished for trying to save for anything.

How many elderly are wards of the state because they don't have any money to pay for an elderly care facility?

How many homes are not being bought because would-be buyers don't have enough money for a down payment?

How many people can't handle a minor medical emergency, or unexpected vehicle repair because they don't have enough (or any) savings?

This is how things are now. Imagine how much worse it will be when negative interest rates are made policy.

Note that I said "when" not "if" negative interest rates are made policy. Given how foolishly the government, Federal Reserve, big banks and big corporations mishandled things these past years, I have no doubt that they will implement negative interest rates and the little folks like you and me are going to be punished the hardest.

And no, it won't only affect the banks. Banks and businesses will pass on the costs of negative interest rates onto consumers. Those inactivity fees on your checking account are going to go even higher. You will be charged fees that will eat away even more of your money in your savings account,... if you are fortunate enough to have any money in a savings account.

Oh,... but you have investments.

Right. Where do those investments keep the money you gave them?

And when you try to pull money out of your investments, just how much higher will the transaction, handling, and other professional fees be?

The whole idea behind investing is getting more out than you put in, right? So if these investments make enough money to pay you back just the amount you put in, they are being hit by the negative interest rates on that money. You will be getting back less than you put in.

Oh,... but you have your money stashed under your mattress.

Right. That's why the government and big banks want to make cash illegal and force everyone into a cashless system. The government loves the idea because they can instantly tax you more on more things. The big banks love it because it forces you to spend more and go deeper in continuous debt to them. Your debt to the banks are the banks' wealth and it makes you their slave. The government and banks both love the idea of a cashless society because it will give them even greater abilities to monitor and control you.

Negative interest rates are an act of extreme desperation and foolishness and we, the little people, will suffer the most because of NIRP.

Why Unfortunately for Americans Hillary will be President

Here is why I think Hillary Clinton, unfortunately for America, will be elected President in 2017.

It's politically correct - she has a vagina.

Big banks and big corporations have paid for her pre-determined presidency.

And mostly because she has not yet been (and sadly, probably never will be) thrown in prison.

There has been several reports about Hillary Clinton's unsecured, home server, based on the cloud in Colorado, where classified, top secret, and beyond top secret (SAP - Special Access Programs) documents and emails passed through and resided. Violation of oath of office, violation of laws, and violation of national security; things that if any of us little people committed even a tiny fraction of, we would have been quickly tossed in jail for the rest of our lives or executed on the spot.

Given the Clintons' history, it would not be surprising that she sold to both foreign and domestic entities, state secrets and favors for "donations".

Geeks all over the world have setup automated systems to search and attempt to hack any IP address the programs find. China and Russia most definitely have hacked the server and probably more than a dozen other countries.

In the article, former Inspector General, Howard J. Krongard, points out several  things that should have sent up red flags years ago. He also explains that the FBI's criminal referral to the Justice Department will be watered-down and quietly brushed under the carpet because it would have to go through four, high ranking, Democrat-loyal women. The epitome of political correctness and political graft... the cesspool of American politics and law.

A Hillary Clinton presidency would be more proof that the United States of America is a banana republic where the laws only apply to the little people.

TurboTax - Rubbing It In That You are Poor

I've used Intuit's, free, online version of TurboTax for years to file my income taxes. Eight years of being mostly unemployed or underemployed have left me solidly (and sadly) qualified for the free, tax preparation services.

By sticking with Intuit's, free, online version of TurboTax, my previous year's income tax information was readily available to automatically fill in a lot of parts in the many multiple forms.

As with previous years, TurboTax showed me my contact information, my previous employer's information, and a summary of last year's return. When I clicked on the "Continue" button, I was taken to a page listing three pricing categories. "Free", "Plus" for an extra $30, and "Upgrade" for more money that I did not want to spend (I'm paraphrasing but that's the gist of the titles).

What was different this year, from all the previous years that I had used TurboTax online to file my income taxes, was that after selecting the free option, TurboTax showed my previous year's information being slowly deleted, one-by-one, just to rub my nose into the fact that I am poor enough to have to chose the "free" option. For people in my situation, $30 is still a considerable sum.

I doubt my information was actually deleted. The amount of demographic and economic information that Intuit collects from these services is too valuable to delete. But Intuit purposefully put an animated depiction of all your data being slowly deleted just to rub salt into your impoverished wounds. Very uncouth Intuit. There are ethically better ways to market your wares than that.

After that bit of unpleasantness, I was taken to another web page where I went through the process of manually entering all the information that Intuit wanted an extra $30 just to have an algorithm automatically regurgitate my information from previous years. If another human being was doing the data entry for me, I could see reason for a small fee but when all this stuff is handled (and supposedly deleted) by an automated system, that's just gouging, in my opinion.

Several times throughout the process, TurboTax would bring up the three tier, optional fees screen, trying to milk as much money out of me as possible. I realize Intuit is trying to up-sell me on more products and services but the reason I am using the free service is because I am too poor to buy all the for-an-extra-fee stuff!

Filing income taxes is intimidating, worrisome, and frustrating enough as is without Intuit trying to bleed even more out of you.

myRA - Government Confiscation of Your Money

Today I received an email from TurboTax promoting myRA accounts.

A myRA account is an IRA account managed by the government.

The same government that has been wildly, irresponsibly, insanely overspending for decades, has been incapable of passing (much less sticking too) a budget year after year, and is trillions upon trillions of dollars deep in un-payable debt.

And now that same government is proclaiming that it will be a good steward of my money!?!

I DON'T THINK SO!

myRA accounts are just the government's veiled attempts at confiscating what little, earned money is left in this country before the government's fraud and malfeasance completely destroys the economy and makes the US dollar utterly worthless.

Beep Beep - Your Order is Invalid - Please Try Again

Tonight I stopped by a McDonald's and ordered twelve, regular hamburgers to be put in one, large sack and then two, regular hamburgers and an order of medium fries in a small sack.

They couldn't do it.

The kid behind the cash register was flustered while attempting to fulfill my order because the preset order-taking system McDonald's has in place didn't have buttons for processing and relaying my order in the configuration I had ordered it in (different quantities in two different sacks).

This kid was just the order taker. Someone else would prepare my order and then someone else would bag my order.

I told the kid not to worry, just put everything in a big sack and then give me a small sack and I'll separate out the food later.

They couldn't do that either.

So I then suggested doing whatever worked with their system. That gave the kid the leeway to process my order the way she had been trained to do so. We had finally got to the part where I paid and waited for my order.

After a moment, another employee asked if it was OK if all of the hamburgers I had ordered were put into one sack and the fries put in a separate sack.

I nodded in agreement.

Then a moment later another employee asked if it was alright if half the hamburgers I had ordered were put in one sack and the other half put in another sack along with the order of fries.

Again, I nodded and said, "Ok".

Minutes later I was handed two sacks of burgers and a medium fries and I went on my way.

Now it may surprise you to know that I was not upset or angry with the employees of McDonald's.

I have worked in jobs like this and sympathize greatly with the employees.

These kinds of jobs are lousy. You have to deal with some of the nastiest, most ridiculous customers you will ever have the displeasure of meeting and the pay is not even remotely close to being enough to put up with all of that.

So, no, I do not get upset with employees in situations like this.

This was during the dinner hour and they were under pressure to get the orders out. They were doing their jobs, as they were trained to do under McDonald's system, with the tools McDonald's gave them to do their jobs with.

Those last two parts are where the problem is.

These kids are too young to remember the days when your server would write down your order on a piece of paper (a ticket), along with any special instructions like "14 burgers, 12 in large bag, 2 in small bag", and then hand the paper to the short-order cook.

Even if the kid who took my order wanted to write down the special instructions, there was no pen or paper in the counter area. Everything is computerized.

These kids grew up in a world of automated systems and have been trained to function only within the parameters of those systems. Any deviation, such as writing a custom order on paper, is beyond what these kids are familiar with. Such an idea just would not occur to them and apparently it didn't occur to anyone who devised and approved the system McDonald's trains these kids to use and obey. Otherwise the terminal on the cash register might have had a "see written custom order" button to push, notifying anyone along the process line that this is a "special order", and pen and paper for the cashier to hand-write special instructions about the customer's order to pass along to the other members of the "team".

Another aspect of this was that, after McDonald's spent millions of dollars to develop an almost entirely automated system, that system failed to produce my order in the way I wanted it.

Someday soon, these jobs will be replaced by robots.

Robots that are operating off of the same inflexible system and are unable to prepare any order that deviates from the program.

If you think customer service is bad now, it will be worse when a robot rejects your order when you want something slightly outside of the programmed presets - like different quantities of the same product in just two, different sized, sacks.
